Celebrating 36 Seasons of BMSPA!

Welcome to the official site of the Barrhaven Men’s SloPitch Association (BMSPA), proudly celebrating its 36th season of camaraderie and competition. Founded in 1989, the league has flourished, boasting a membership of over 100 dedicated players.

The BMSPA operates as a non-profit organization, driven by a dedicated volunteer Executive Committee. Throughout the season, this committee diligently oversees league affairs, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a vibrant community spirit. Regular meetings, facilitated through team captains, keep members connected and engaged.

The season starts in May and ends with a tournament in September. Players of all skill levels are welcome to join us on Tuesday and Thursday nights under the lights of Clarke Field. We adhere to Softball Canada rules, with some locally modified rules to enhance the playing experience.

Each season concludes with a banquet following the September tournament, ensuring plenty of cherished memories and fun for all!
